TASTING NOTES
On the eye: A sparkling, luminous pale pink.
On the nose: Aromas of red fruit - pomegranate, raspberry - and black fruit, such as crème de cassis.
On the palate: An elegant wine distinguished by richness and finesse.

Ideal pairings include salmon or tuna cooked on one side only, salmon with cranberry sauce, pigeon or thinly sliced duck breast.
